PILATES AND EXERCISE THERAPY

Pilates classes with Caroline Dodd are held every Monday evening from 6.15 to 7.15pm in the Whitestone Parish Hall for all levels and abilities.
Pilates can help improve posture, reduce pain and help you move more freely to improve your quality of life.

£7.00 per class or £25.00 monthly.
